Kathy’s interest in Real Estate was fostered early on growing up in Philadelphia, with the unique architecture and design of buildings. Chester County offers its own unique landscape with historical homes and open space, where she currently resides with her family. Combining Kathy’s love and vision of architecture and interior design prompted her to enter the real estate industry as an agent.
Kathy currently enjoys working with buyers and is actively looking for sellers to build her business. Making people feel comfortable is one of her top priorities, especially when it comes to a home purchase. Knowing that she helps people find their Dream Home gives her a sense of fulfillment by accomplishing the job!
Recently joining The Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s Real Estate, Kathy holds her PA license with Brandywine Fine Properties. She comes to BFP after working as a licensed real estate agent since 2012, initially with Prudential (BHHS) and then for five years at Keller Williams.
After graduating from Peirce College, Kathy took on a variety of roles, including Medical Secretary for the Department of Cardiology at the University of Pennsylvania and in the Pharmaceutical Planning Department at Astra Zeneca Pharmaceutical. During this position, Kathy took a leave to raise her three children. In the midst of raising three children, Kathy attended courses in Children’s Literature. Writing has always been a passion of hers, as well as taking on many voluntary roles with her own children’s schools.
Kathy has been married for 32 years to her husband Al, and has 3 children (Gabriella, Alexis and Luke), a son-in-law (Matt), a Bassadore dog George and grandpuppy Hudson!
